Предлагаемый способ относитс  к известным способам получени  окиси кремни  спектральной и высокой степени чистоты, необходимой дл  обеспечени  потребности полупроводниковой электроники люминофоровИзвестные способы получени  окиси кремни  различной степени чистоты из растворов жидкого стекла (силиката натри ) заключаютс  в осаждении твердого силиката натри  метиловым или этиловым спиртом с последующей обработкой его одноосновной кислотой дл  выделени  кремневой кислоты и получением из последней путем прокаливани  окиси кремни .The proposed method relates to the known methods for producing silicon oxide of spectral and high purity required to meet the demand for semiconductor electronics of phosphors. Описываемый способ состоит в том, что очистку силиката натри  провод т с помощью раствора о-оксихинолина или его производных в ацетоне или метиловом (или этиловом) спирте. При этом о-ок,сихинолин св зывает р д примесей в труднорастворимые комплексы (хинолинаты), которые ввиду их незначительного количества могут быть отделены с достаточной полнотой от раствора лищь с помощью коллектора.
