Изобретение относитс к отрасли литейного производства, а именно к составам св эуетцих, примен емых дл изготовлени литейных форм и стержней . Цепь изобретени - повьшение ка-чества форм и стержней за счет повышени их прочности в отвержденном состо нии. Предлагаемое св зующее содержит 5-20 мас.% соединени на основе поли гди еринов, имеющего следующий соста масс.%: Глицерин4-5 Диглицерин71-75 Триглицерин 4-5 Тетраглицерин 12-13 Вода5-6 Это соединение представл ет собой продукт частичной полимеризации глицерина и вл етс многотоннажным отходом производства. Внетций вид соединени - густа малоподвижна жидкость темно-коричневого цвета без ,. посторонннк включений, содержание воды - 5-6 мас.%, в зкость - 70%-ного водного раствора по вискозиметру ВЗ-4 при 20С, - 60-100 с, плотность при 20°С - 1,32 г/см. Содержание в св зующем на основе алюмохромфосфатной св зки соединени на основе полиглицеринов (кубовый остаток от дистилл ции синтетического глицерина. Получаемого при взаимодействии аллилхлорвда с хлорноватистой кислотой с последун цим гидролизом образующегос эпирхлоргидрина) обеспечивает повышение прочностных свойств стержней и форм. Введение в состав св зующего с.оединени на оснсхве полйгли церинов менее 5 мас.% не оказьгаает заметного вли ни на свойства смесей, а повьшение его количества более 20 мас.% снижает прочностные показатели ., Св зующее готов т путем механического перемешивани компонентов при 40-50 С. При температуре 1шже 40 С недостаточна эффективность механического перемешивани с целью получени гомогенной структуры комплексного св зующего. При температуре свыше 50 С наблюдаетс испарение влаги, резкое разжижение, а при охлаждении св зз ющего - увеличение в зкости и плотности комплексного св зующего, что затрудн ет применение его из-за ухудщени распределени св зующего вокруг минеральных частиц наполнител и увеличение трудоемкости перемешивани в процессе приготовлени смесей. Дл исключени операции предварительного приготовлени св зующего получение последнего можно проводить в процессе приготовлени смеси. Дл этого в лабораторные бегуны загружают песок и глину, ведут перемешивание в течение 2 мин, затем добавл ют необходимое количество сседине1га на основе полиглидеринов и перемешивают 3 мин.. Потом добавл ют алюмохромфосфатную св зку и перемешивают 3 мин, после чего смесь готова к зт отреблению. . Изобретение иллюстрируетс следующими данными таблиц 1-3.
