фиг. 1 Изобретение относитс к машиностроению , в частности к подшипникам качени . Известен подшипник качени , содержащий одно двухр дное и два однор дных кольца , тела качени и сепараторы с заш,елкивающимис выступами 1. Однако из-за расположени канавок, в которых размещены защелкивающиес выступы сепараторов, на кра х двухр дного кольца неоправданно увеличиваютс габаритные размеры известного подшипника, так как они обусловлены необходимостью сохранени прочности колец при выполнении канавок на наиболее тонкостенных участках колец. Цель изобретени - уменьщение габаритных размеров подшипника. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в двухр дном неразъемном подшипнике качени , содержащем одно двухр дное и два однор дных кольца, тела качени и сепараторы с защелкивающимис выступами, двухр дное кольцо выполнено с канавкой между дорожками качени , а защелкивающиес выступы сепараторов размещены в этой канавке. На фиг. 1 изображен двухр дный неразъемный щариковый подщипник качени ; на фиг. 2 - роликовый подщипник. Подщипник содержит одно двухр дное 1 и два однор дных 2 кольца, два р да тел 3 и 4 качени , два сепаратора 5 и 6 с выступами 7 и 8, раз1«ещенные в канавке 9, выполненной на поверхности двухр дного кольца 1 между р дами тел 3 и 4 качени . Выполнение канавки между дорожками качени позвол ет уменьшить наружный диаметр подшипника, ширину наружного кольца, что в свою очередь позвол ет уменьшить как ширину внутреннего кольца, так и всю монтажную щирину подшипника. Кроме того, улучшаетс технологичность конструкции предлагаемого подщипника и трудоемкость его изготовлени , так как вместо двух канавок исполн етс только одна упрощенной конструкции. Использование предлагаемого подщипника качени позвол ет, при условии сохранени прочности колец на наиболее тонкостенных участках, уменьшить его габаритные размеры, что в свою очередь позвол ет уменьшить материалоемкость предлагаемого подшипника и дает экономию металла.FIG. 1 The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to rolling bearings. FIG. 1 shows a two-way, one-piece ball bearing; in fig. 2 - roller bearing. The liner contains one two-sided 1 and two one-sided 2 rings, two rows of bodies 3 and 4 rolling, two separators 5 and 6 with protrusions 7 and 8, once again in the groove 9, made on the surface of the two-ring 1 between the rows tel 3 and 4 rolling. Making a groove between the raceways reduces the outer diameter of the bearing, the width of the outer ring, which in turn reduces both the width of the inner ring and the entire mounting width of the bearing. In addition, the manufacturability of the proposed sub-support design and the labor-intensiveness of its manufacture are improved, since instead of two grooves only one simplified design is performed. The use of the proposed rolling support allows, while maintaining the strength of the rings on the thinnest sections, to reduce its overall dimensions, which in turn reduces the material consumption of the proposed bearing and saves metal.
