Description

The subject of the invention is a machine for cutting apricots, PLUM, and the like. FRUITS and pitting from them, equipped with a device for automatic conveyor movement of fruits, feeding them to the receiving knife mechapisms.

The proposed machine, in comparison with the known similar machines, makes it possible to prevent damage to fruits during the process of their cutting, as well as allows to improve the separation of the bones, including in fruits with a hard to separate fruit.

The peculiarity of the machine is that the device for cutting is made in the form of two carriages fitted with knife devices, the mixing of which one towards the other is interlocked with the movement of the conveyor and its dry FRUIT.

The knife attachment of each of the carriages carries three spring-loaded, perpendicularly located to the FETAL movement of the knife;

The machine contains a device for automatic conveyor mixing of fruits and a device for cutting them.
