Изобретение относитс к способам приготовлени фосфатного в жущего типа порошок-оксида-кислота и может быть использовано при применении эт композиций в качестве неорганически клеев в радиоэлектронике, электротехнике , при приготовлении абразивн инструментов. fИзвестенспособ приготовлени фосфатного в жущего путем обжига сырьевой шихты с последующим затвор нис:: пртрфосфорной кислотой 1 5. Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому эффекту к изобретеиию вл етс способ Приготовлени фосфатного в жущего пуг«м обжига сьфьевой шихты с полупроводниковым оксидом при температуре 1рОО-1200 С с последующим затворени ем ортофосфорной кислотой L23. Недостатками такого способа вл ютс веобходим9сть обжига сырьевой ошхты при высоких температурах и сложность технологических операций. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение технологии приготовлени в жущего. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что согласно способу приготовле ш фосфатного в жущего путем затворени порошка-оксида ортофосфориой кислотой предварительно порошок оксида меди смешивают с карбидом кремни в количестве 1-4% от массы оксида меди. Пример. Оксид меди смешивают с полупроводниковым веществом алмазо-т подобной структуры - карбидом кремни (Sic). Порошки полупроводниковых веществ с алмазоподобной структурой имеют удельную поверхность 3000-3500 , количество их соответствует 1-4% от массы оксида. Полученна смесь затвор етс ортофосфорной кислотой 85%-ной концентрации при соотношении ,24. Полученные результаты приведены в таблице.
