Abstract
Способ получения катализатора для окислительного дегидрирования олефиновых углеводородов путем смешения кислородсодержащего соединения железа с соединениями модифицируемых металлов - карбонатом и хлоридом цинка, или с карбонатами цинка и марганца, или гидроксидом магния, последующего прокаливания смеси, добавления водного раствора поливинилового спирта и ортофосфорной кислоты, формования, сушки и прокаливания катализаторной массы, отличающийся тем, что, с целью получения катализатора с повышенной активностью в качестве соединения железа используют продукт взаимодействия железа с водным раствором сульфата закисного железа или водным раствором сульфатов закисного железа и аммония в присутствии воздуха при pH 3 - 8, выделенный из реакционной среды в виде осадка и высушенный.A method of producing a catalyst for the oxidative dehydrogenation of olefinic hydrocarbons by mixing an oxygen-containing iron compound with compounds of modified metals — zinc carbonate and zinc chloride, or zinc and manganese carbonates, or magnesium hydroxide, subsequent calcination of the mixture, adding an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol and phosphoric acid, molding and calcining the catalyst mass, characterized in that, in order to obtain a catalyst with increased activity as a compound iron uses the product of the interaction of iron with an aqueous solution of ferrous sulfate iron or an aqueous solution of ferrous sulfate iron and ammonium in the presence of air at pH 3-8, separated from the reaction medium as a precipitate and dried.
