Among the known and used aids is the spacer bar, which serves mainly to strengthen the upper limbs or back muscles. This is mainly placed in the door frames.

An example of such an exercise aid is the spacer bar described in the protected invention CS 238 776 B1. This solution consists of a metal tube, with tip ends, one of the tips being adjustable in the tube by means of a threaded connection and a lock nut which prevents an undesired change in the position of the tip relative to the tube. It is also known to use a spacer bar, both ends of which have rubber friction surfaces. These ensure stabilization of the crossbar in the clamped position.

The third example is the door frame bar, which eliminates the shortcomings of previous solutions - especially irreversible deformations of door frames during their long-term use and the need for complex installation and disassembly of the bar. This solution is based on a rod (tube), which has additional brackets at both ends, while at least one side is mutually adjustable - utility model CZ 2201 U.

All the mentioned solutions have their undeniable advantages but also some disadvantages, which include in particular possible irreversible deformation of door frames, limitation of transitional height and width by installed or side-hanging bar tube, as well as danger of injury by such protruding parts of bar elements.

The essence of the technical solution

These shortcomings are decisively eliminated by the interior aid, which serves to stimulate physical activity in the indoor environment. It is intended to enable individuals to maintain a healthy lifestyle and thus prevent diseases of civilization in a non-violent way.

It is applied to interior doors resp. their door frame. Two shaped steel strips are used for this, which are firmly attached directly to the inner part of the door frame. At regular intervals, openings for the installation of tubular profiles are omitted, which, depending on the number and position, create various possibilities for physical activity.

The system can function as a simple crossbar (hanging, bends), an obstacle to pass through the door opening (climbing, climbing) or as a railing or climbing frame (several horizontal profiles at once).

After removal of the pipe profiles, the door opening remains free and transitional in an almost identical gravel profile.

Examples of technical solution

The aid for stimulating movement into the door frame consists of two vertical straps 4, which are fastened to the door frame by demountable joints - screw resp. metric screw 1 into the pre-assembled internal thread 6. The webs 4 have holes 7 in them, into which the tubular profile 5 is fitted. The tubular profile 5 is fixed in the desired place by means of a spring mechanism 2 at both ends with a lock 3.

Industrial applicability

The aid is characterized in that the handling during the adjustment of the system is simple and when not in use, the remaining construction does not prevent a smooth and undisturbed passage through the door opening.

On one principle, it is possible to realize many variable options with different potentials for use in order to increase physical activity.
