Abstract
Krútiaci moment od hydromotora (2a) poháňaného hydrogenerátorom (7a) pomocou spaľovacieho motora (4a) alebo elektromotora (2) je prenášaný pomocou prevodu (5) s nekonečným prevodovým členom (napr. remeň, reťaz) ku každému kolesu na jednej strane riadeného prostriedku, pričom toto koleso je potom priamo poháňané cez planétovú prevodovku (1).

Vynález sa týka konštrukčného riešenia usporiadania pohonu všetkých kolies najmä pre šmykom riadené nakladače.
Doterajší stav techniky
V súčasnosti sa ako pohon šmykom riadených nakladačov používa hydrostatický pohon, ktorý je konštrukčne riešený tak, že krútiaci moment od hydromotora sa priamo prenáša na predné a zadné koleso cez reťazový prevod alebo sústavu ozubených kolies. Čiže jedným prevodom je poháňané každé koleso na jednej strane riadeného prostriedku. Z toho vyplýva, že takýto prevod je v prípade sústavy ozubených kolies veľmi ťažký, objemný a v oboch prípadoch sú tieto prevody náročné údržbu najmä pretože prevody prenášajú medzi kolesami maximálny krútiaci moment.
Podstata vynálezu
Uvedené nedostatky sú odstránené technickým riešením opísaným v predloženom vynáleze. Podstata tohto vynálezu spočíva v tom, že krútiaci moment od hydromotora poháňaného hydrogenerátorom pomocou spaľovacieho motora je prenášaný pomocou nekonečného prevodového člena (napr. remeň, reťaz) ku každému kolesu na jednej strane riadeného prostriedku, pričom toto koleso je potom priamo poháňané cez planétovú prevodovku.
Každé koleso má priradenú svoju vlastnú planétovú prevodovku, ktorá je poháňaná prevodom s nekonečným členom Prevod nekonečným členom je poháňaný priamo hydromotorom. Prevodom s nekonečným členom sa prevedie nízky krútiaci moment do každej planétovej prevodovky kolesa. Pre riadený prostriedok sú potrebné hydrogenerátor, hydromotor a prevod nekonečným členom pre každú stranu. Pri použití pohonu hydromotora riadený prostriedok je vybavený elektrohydraulickým rozvádzačom Pohon riadený riadiacou jednotkou.

Príklady uskutočnenia vynálezu
Krútiaci moment od hydromotora 2a poháňaného hydrogenerátorom 7a pomocou spaľovacieho motora je prenášaný pomocou prevodu 5 s nekonečným prevodovým členom (napr. remeň, reťaz) ku každému kolesu na jednej strane riadeného prostriedku, pričom toto koleso je potom priamo poháňané cez planétovú prevodovku 1.
Každé koleso má priradenú svoju vlastnú planétovú prevodovku 1, ktorá je poháňaná prevodom 5 s nekonečným členom Prevod 5 nekonečným členom je poháňaný priamo hydromotorom 2a. Prevodom 5 s nekonečným členom sa prevedie nízky krútiaci moment do každej planétovej prevodovky 1 kolesa. Pre riadený prostriedok sú potrebné alebo hydrogenerátor 7a, hydromotor 2a a prevod 5 nekonečným členom pre každú stranu. V prípade použitia pohonu hydromotora 2a riadený prostriedok je vybavený elektrohydraulickým rozvádzačom 3a. Pohon je riadený riadiacou jednotkou 9.
Usporiadanie na pohon všetkých kolies s nízkym vstupným krútiacom momentom najmä pre šmykom riadený nakladač je riadený riadiacou jednotkou 9 a obsahujúci elektrohydraulický rozvádzač 3a, pričom na oboch stranách riadeného prostriedku sú aspoň dve kolesá, pričom každé z nich je spojené s planétovou prevodovkou 1, potom planétové prevodovky 1 na jednej strane riadeného prostriedku sú prepojené prostredníctvom prevodu 5 s nekonečným členom a ten je spojený jedným hydromotorom 2a, pričom hydromotor 2a je prepojený s hydrogenerátorom 7a, ktorý je spojený so spaľovacím motorom 4a. Aspoň jedno koleso na každej strane môže byť vybavené elektromagnetickou brzdou 7. Prevod 5 nekonečným členom môže byť remeňový prevod alebo reťazový prevod.

Priemyselná využiteľnosť
Pohon všetkých kolies s nízkym vstupným krútiacom momentom je možné použiť najmä pre šmykom riadené nakladače alebo aj v iných konštrukčne podobných strojoch.

Usporiadanie na pohon všetkých kolies s nízkym vstupným krútiacom momeHíjm najmä pre šmykom riadený nakladač riadený riadiacou jednotkou (9) a obsahujúci elektrohvdmulický rozvádzač (3a), vyznačujúce sa tým, že na oboch stranách riadeného prostriedku sú aspoň dve kolesá, pričom každé z nich je spojené s planétovou prevodovkou (1), potom planétové prevodovky (1) na jednej strane riadeného prostriedku sú prepojené prostredníctvom prevodu (5) s nekonečným členom a ten je spojený s jedným hydromotorom (2a), pričom hydromotor (2a) je prepojený s hydrogenerátorom (7a), ktorý je spojený so spaľovacím motorom (4a).
2. Usporiadanie na pohon všetkých kolies s nízkym vstupným krútiacom momentom, podľa nároku 1, vyznačujúce sa tým, že aspoň jedno koleso na každej strane je vybavené elektromagnetickou brzdou (7).
3. Usporiadanie na pohon všetkých kolies s nízkym vstupným krútiacom momentom, podľa nárokov 1 a/alebo 2, vyznačujúce sa tým, že prevod (5) nekonečným členom je remeňový prevod alebo reťazový prevod.
