Abstract

Description

V súčasnosti má mimoriadny význam výroba prepravných paliet, ktoré sa použijú len jednorázovo, majú minimálnu hmotnosť, sú spoľahlivé pri manipulácii, preprave a skladovaní. Ďalšou podmienkou je však ich ekonomická nenáročnosť. Z patentovej literatúry sú známe viaceré riešenia prepravných paliet, ktoré sú v podstate vždy tvorené nosnou doskou, na ktorej sú na spodnej strane upevnené podpery. Pri ich výrobe sa používajú rôzne druhy materiálov ako sú napr. plastické látky, vlnitá a hladká lepenka, voština a ich kombinácie a tiež rôzne lisované zmesi napr. drevotrieska. Československý patent č. 231 380 rieši skladaciu nenávratnú paletu, kde sú podpery vytvorené tunelovými puzdrami, ktorých chlopne sú uchytené k nosnej doske, pričom tunelovým puzdrám je priradená sústava výztužných vložiek, zasúvateľných do tunelových puzdier a tunelové puzdro je tvorené z troch vzájomne pohyblivých stien.At present, the production of transport pallets that are used only once, have a minimum weight, are reliable in handling, transport and storage is of particular importance. Ďalší čs. patent č. 223 736 sa týka palety z tvrdeného papiera vytvorenej nosnou doskou, na ktorej sú na spodnej strane tiež opery vytvorené plášťom zo štyroch stien a tiež sú spojené chlopňami s nosnou doskou. Čs. patent č. 2S2 743 sa týka nenávratnej palety z viacvrstvovej vlnitej lepenky alebo kombinácie viacvrstvovej a hladkej lepenky, ktorá pozostáva z nosnej plochy opatrenej nožičkami, ktoré majú tvar rovnoramenného lichobežníka. V slovenskej zverejnenej prihláške PV 1331-93 je riešená paleta z kartónu, ktorá sa skladá z dosky, ktorá je tvorená jadrom dosky z kartónu a z obalu dosky z kartónu, kvádrovitých zglejených pätiek a Líšt atď. Známe sú aj ďalšie patenty, ktoré riešia nenávratné palety v kombinácii lepenka a drevo, napríklad americký patent č. 4 015 544, francúzsky patent č. 2 334 527, alebo v kombinácii vlnitá lepenka-plastická hmota, napr. švajčiarsky patent č. 492 611. Všetky tieto riešenia sú však pomerne ťažko uplatniteľné vzhľadom na vysokú prácnosť, nákladnosť, nízku pevnosť a stabilitu a v konečnom dôsledku u niektorých paliet aj pre ich problémy s ich ekologickou likvidáciou.Next MS. Jednorazová papierová prepravná paleta manipulovateľná z ľubovoľnej strany je vyhotovená z nosnej dosky 1., ktorá pozostáva z dvoch alebo viacerých vrstiev 2 vlnitej lepenky, ktoré majú striedavo vzájomne kolmú orientáciu vín, pričom k spodnej vrstve sú prichytené tri samostatné nosné prvky 3 a každý z týchto prvkov 3, sa skladá z vodiaceho pásu 4, ku ktorému je pripevnený pás 5 s výsekmi 6a v každom výseku je umiestnená podpera 7, pričom vodiaci pás 4 a pás 5. s výsekmi 6 majú vzájomne kolmú orientáciu vln. Pri príprave palety sa spojí vodiaci pás 4 s pásom 5 s výsekmi 6.. Do výsekov 6 sa zasunú podpery 7, skladacie okraje 8 vodiacich pásov 4 sa prehnú a otvor výseku zasunieme na podperu 7. Takto sa vytvoria tri samostatné nosné prvky 3. Tieto sa potom následne prichytia k nosnej doske 1., (zhotovenej z dvoch alebo viacerých vrstiev lepenky) napr. lepením, nitovaním alebo šitím. Paleta je s výhodou zhotovená z vlnitej lepenky. Môže však byť zhotovená aj z hladkej lepenky, prípadne z kombinácie vlnitej a hladkej lepenky, prípadne z lepenky s krížovou vlnou. Podpery sú zhotovené spravidla z tvrdeného papiera a tvar podpier je s výhodou valcový (dutinka), ale môže mať aj iné geometrické tvary. Nosná doska 1. môže byť zložená z viacerých spojených vrstiev 2 v závislosti od zvyšovania nosnosti palety. Vzájomná kolmá orientácia vln vo vrstvách lepenky zvyšuje tuhosť a pevnosť palety voči ohybu a poškodeniu.
