Abstract
Izum se nanaša na napravo za shranjevanje, odmerjanje ter neposredno ali posredno njuhanje praškastih ali fino-zrnatih snovi, kot npr. tobaka, kakava, glukoze, terapevtskih snovi ipd. Naprava (1) po izumu obsega votel ohišni del (2), ki ima valjasto notranjo ploskev (2a) in prvo skoznjo luknjo (2b), obročasti dozirnik (3), ki je vrtljivo razmeščen v ohišnem delu (2), vsaj eno drugo skoznjo luknjo (3a), in pogonski element (3b), s katerim je mogoče vrteti obročasti dozirnik v ohišnem delu, obročastizalogovnik (4), ki je razmeščen v obročastem dozirniku (3) tako, da je nevrtljiv glede na ohišni del (2), ima v svoji valjasti steni tretjo skoznjo luknjo (4a), pri čemer je obročasti zalogovnik razmeščen tako, da tretja skoznja luknja leži diametralno nasproti prvi skoznji luknji ohišnega dela, ter prvo (5) in drugo (6) zaporno sredstvo, ki stransko zapirata votel ohišni del. Iz stanja tehnike so znane različne naprave za njuhanje. Dokument DM/221370 razkriva napravo za njuhanje. Naprava je tvorjena v obliki plošče z vdolbinami, ki sprejmejo posamezne odmerke snovi za njuhanje in jih je mogoče zapreti s pokrovom z drsnimi vodili. Snov se njuha posredno preko votle cevke oz. slamice. Slabost naprave je v tem, daje polnjenje naprave s snovjo ter njeno razporejanje po vdolbinah nepriročno, saj prihaja do stresanja snovi.
