NOSILNI STEKLENI STENSKI ELEMENT ZA LAHKE LESENE ZGRADBESTAINLESS GLASS WALL ELEMENT FOR LIGHT WOODEN BUILDINGS

Predmet izumaThe subject of the invention

The subject of the invention is a load-bearing glass wall element for light wooden buildings, or more specifically a panel with a wooden frame and glass filler, useful for supporting external and internal walls and facades of light wooden buildings.

Izum je po mednarodni patentni klasifikaciji predvidoma uvrščen v E06B 3/56 in dodatno v E06B 3/673.According to the international patent classification, the invention is envisaged to be classified in E06B 3/56 and additionally in E06B 3/673.

A technical problem solved by the invention and for which patent protection is claimed is the construction of load-bearing glazed and wooden-enclosed wall elements or panels which, when fitted into the wall or facade of a light wooden structure, will have the ability to effectively carry all dynamic and static loads on walls or facades. These include dynamic loads such as wind gusts, earthquake loads, ambient vibrations and the like, and vertical static loads due to the roof load of the roof structure, the sheer weight of the glazed panel, the loads of the ceiling structure and the like. At the same time, the entire structure of the load-bearing wall element according to the invention will be compact and easy to manufacture, assemble and install, which is equally true of the walls and facades of a light wooden structure in which these elements or panels will be installed.

Znano stanje tehnikeThe prior art

There are quite a few solutions known for framed glass elements of the exterior or interior walls of buildings and their facades. In the oldest known solution for the manufacture of glazed wooden frames for windows and facades, a single-pane glass panel is laid in a recess, which is made along the inner circumference of the wooden frame and secured by smaller triangular metal tiles. Ultimately, the contact between the wooden frame and the glass panel is covered with a thicker layer of putty. The disadvantage of this solution lies in the fact that such a joint does not allow the supporting structure of the glazed element, that the installation of glass in the wooden frame is time-consuming and rather unstable, poorly sealed, and the putty layer may eventually collapse.

The next known solution for the glazed façade element is according to document DE 196 24 564. Here, an L-shaped cutout is made in the inner circumference of the wooden frame, in which a single-layer glass panel is mounted, which is fixed to the frame throughout the circumference and secured to it by a retaining lath. of any cross section. The lath can be glued, screwed or nailed to the wooden frame of the façade element. The disadvantage is in particular that the construction of the glazed façade element is not load-bearing, that the glass panel inside the wooden frame is not sufficiently fixed and at the same time is not sufficiently sealed.

Furthermore, according to document DE 20 2006 0126 072, the framed component of the building's glass facade is known. It consists of an insulating rod embedded in a profiled frame, preferably of reinforced plastic. The insulating pane consists of two glass spacers separated by an intermediate hollow element at a distance, which is secured to the inner wall of the glass pane by a sealing compound, and the insulating pane is closed by the adhesive throughout the entire circumference of the outer edge. The insulating panel is mounted on the larger inner surface of the profiled frame by means of a leading edge and through an intermediate glass block, secured by one or both side panels to the profiled frame by means of a sealing compound and adhesive layers. The side gaps between the glass panes and the inner groove of the profiled frame are closed by secondary seals. The main disadvantage of this construction is that it is not load-bearing and its weakness is in the complex design.

Skupna značilnost vseh navedenih znanih rešitev je predvsem v tem, da njihove konstrukcije steklenih uokvirjenih elementov niso nosilne, zaradi česar ne omogočajo prenosa večjih dinamičnih in statičnih obremenitev in zato niso uporabne za gradnjo nosilnih zunanjih in notranjih sten, vključno nosilnih fasad na zgradbah in ne ustrezajo zahtevam gradnje lahkih lesenih zgradb.A common feature of all the known known solutions is that their glass-framed structures are non-load-bearing, which makes them unable to withstand large dynamic and static loads and is therefore not suitable for the construction of load-bearing exterior and interior walls, including load-bearing facades on buildings, and does not fit I require the construction of light wooden buildings.

Zaradi vsega navednega obstaja potreba po zastekljenem elementu oziroma panoju za stene in fasade z lesenim okvirjem, ki bo ustrezal zahtevam gradnje lahkih lesenih zgradb in, ki bo omogočal enostavno sestavo ter dinamično in statično trdnost nosilnih sten in fasad teh zgradb.Due to all of the above, there is a need for a glazed element or panel for walls and facades with a wooden frame that will meet the requirements of construction of light wooden buildings, which will allow easy assembly and dynamic and static strength of the load-bearing walls and facades of these buildings.

Rešitev tehničnega problemaThe solution to a technical problem

The described technical problem is solved by a load-bearing glass wall element for light wooden buildings according to the invention, the construction of which is such that it allows the necessary resistance of external and / or internal load-bearing walls and facades to the always present static and occasionally dynamic loads. Its characteristic is that these types of loads are transferred via a wooden frame and glued joint to a glass or high-capacity panel.

Podrobneje bo bistvo izuma pojasnjeno v nadaljevanju z opisom izvedbenih primerov prikazanih na priloženih risbah, na katerih kaže sl. 1 nosilni stekleni stenski element za lahke lesene zgradbe z izolacijsko stekleno ploščo s trojno zasteklitvijo po izumu, v narisu in pravokotni projekciji, prvi izvedbeni primer;The essence of the invention will be explained in more detail below with a description of the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, in which FIG. 1 is a load-bearing glass wall element for lightweight wooden buildings with a triple-glazed insulating glass panel according to the invention, in outline and rectangular projection, first embodiment;

Gre torej za čelni nanos plasti lepila 5 na stranske robove steklene plošče 3.A first embodiment of a load-bearing glass wall element for lightweight wooden buildings is shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 2 and FIG. 3. It is made as a panel 1 consisting of a wooden frame 2 and a three-layer glass panel embedded therein 3. The glass panel 3 is fixed to the wooden frame 2 by means of an adhesive layer 5, the application of which is carried out over the entire circumference of the glass panel 3. The adhesive layer 5 is located between the edge of the glass pane 3 and the inner wall of the frame 2. It is therefore a frontal application of a layer of adhesive 5 to the lateral edges of the glass pane 3.

In FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of a load-bearing glass wall element for lightweight wooden buildings according to the invention, wherein the panel 1 is made of a wooden frame 2, which is divided into two equal parts by a vertical pillar 4. One glass panel 3 is mounted in both openings, which is fixed to them by means of a layer of adhesive 5. The bonded joint between the frame 2, the column 4 and the lateral edges of the corresponding glass plate 3 is identical to that described in the first embodiment described above. In another embodiment, which is not shown, panel 1 may also consist of three, four or more, identical or differently sized glazed openings, with two or more vertical columns 4.

For the exemplary embodiments described, the cross-section of the wooden frame 2 is considered to be of a rectangular, preferably rectangular, shape, which enables the panel 1 to increase the load-bearing capacity of its components at the same time by increasing the static height and reducing the possibility of their bending. For this reason, the cross-sections of the sides or arms of the observed wooden frame can be of 2 different dimensions, thus adjusted to the required static and dynamic values of the wall or facade of the building.

The glass panel 3 is, in the illustrated embodiments, of a uniform embodiment consisting of three layers spaced apart from one another. Namely, the three-layer glass panel 3 has the property of being much more load-bearing than it would be of a two-layer or even single-layer support. In other embodiments that are not shown, however, the glass pane 3 may also consist of more than three layers.

The adhesive layer 5 is preferably of polyurethane adhesives, but may also be of silicone or epoxy resin adhesives.

Na sl. 6, sl. 7 in sl. 8 so prikazani možne izvedbe panelov 1 glede na način vgradnje steklene plošče 3 v leseni okvir 2, ki so značilne za prvi izvedbeni primer prikazan na sl. 1, sl. 2 in sl. 3.In FIG. 6, FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 shows the possible embodiments of panels 1 according to the method of mounting the glass panel 3 in the wooden frame 2, which are characteristic of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3.

Opisano je prikazano na sl. 6 in sl. 7.The glass panel 3 may be embedded in the wooden frame 2 on the outer or front or the inner or back side of the panel 1 so that its outer layer lies in alignment with and aligned with the outer surface of the wooden frame 2. In this case, the glass plate 3 lies within the recess 7, made in the region of the inner circumference of the frame 2, to which it is fixed by a layer of adhesive 5. As described in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7.

Opisano je prikazano na sl. 8.The glass panel 3 may also be embedded in the wooden frame 2 such that its center axis is in the same plane as the transverse center axis of the individual sides of the wooden frame 2. This means that the glass panel 3 is positioned in the middle thickness range of the wooden frame 2 and thereon. fixed with a layer of adhesive 5, and thus equidistant from its front and back. Accordingly, a notch 7 is made, which is closed on the free side by the entire internal circumference of the wooden frame 2 by a decorative lath 6, which is secured thereto by any suitable fastening means. The description is shown in FIG. 8.

Na sl. 9, sl. 10 in sl. 11 so prikazani možne izvedbe panela 1 glede na način vgradnje steklene plošče 3 v dvodelni leseni okvir 2, ki so značilne za drugi izvedbeni primer prikazan na sl. 4 in sl. 5.In FIG. 9, FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 illustrates possible embodiments of panel 1 according to the method of mounting the glass panel 3 in a two-part wooden frame 2, typical of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5.

The methods of mounting the glass panes 3 in two or multi-section wooden frames 2 are identical to the variants which are also characteristic of the previously described first embodiment. In these cases, one or more vertical sides of the wooden frame 2 replaces one or more vertical columns 4, in which identical notches 7 are made, as in the sides of the wooden frame 2.

Praviloma so znotraj določene izvedbe lesenega okvirja 2 izrezi 7 enakih oblik in dimenzij.Regardless of the type of embodiment, it is considered that L notches 7 can be made on the outer or / and inner edges of the sides of the wooden frame 2, which is the same for the notches 7 in the edges of the pillars 4 for multi-part wooden frames 2. As a rule, embodiments of the wooden frame 2 cutouts of 7 equal shapes and dimensions.

Širina plasti lepila 5 je praviloma enaka debelini steklene plošče 3, s čimer je zagotovljeno mehansko sodelovanje vseh steklenih plasti znotraj panoja 1.In all embodiments, the three-pane glass panes 3 are inserted into the recesses 7 on the inside or outside of the wooden frames 2, without or with vertical columns 4, and glued to the entire circumference by a layer of adhesive 5. In this case, they are individually embedded within the wooden frame. 2 inserts all three layers of glass pane 3 simultaneously and simultaneously. The width of the adhesive layer 5 is generally equal to the thickness of the glass pane 3, thereby ensuring the mechanical cooperation of all the glass plies within the panel 1.

Opisano je prikazano na sl. 12 in sl. 23.The glass pane 3 is inserted into a single opening with cutouts 7 inside the wooden frame 2 such that it is completely encircled by a slot 8 whose width and height are identical to the thickness of the glass pane 3. As described in FIG. 12 and FIG. 23.

Po vstavitvi steklene plošče 3 v oziroma na izreze 7 lesenega okvirja 2 se reža 8 po celotnem obsegu zapolni s plastjo lepila 5.After inserting the glass pane 3 into or into the recesses 7 of the wooden frame 2, the slot 8 is filled to the full extent with a layer of adhesive 5.

The essence of the load-bearing glass wall element for light wooden buildings according to the invention is in the transfer of dynamic and static loads of the building to glass panels 3 or panels 1 with wooden frames 2, which are installed in the outer or / and internal load-bearing glass walls and facades of light wooden buildings. The use of glazed panels 1 according to the invention therefore makes the construction of lightweight wooden buildings much easier, but nevertheless appropriately load-bearing and resistant to static and dynamic loads. Their production and installation is quick and easy. The load-bearing wall element of the invention can be designed in terms of industrial design and using different ones without circumventing the features of the claimed invention as defined in the claims.
