Abstract

A clothes dryer includes a drying chamber for accommodating clothes therein; a drying air circulation channel for blowing hot air heated by a heating unit into the drying chamber, for exhausting damp air containing moisture evaporated from the clothes from the drying chamber, for running the damp air through dehumidification unit 25, for re-heating the dehumidified air with the heating unit and for re-circulating the heated air back into the drying chamber; and lint trap filter 22, installed in an air flow path of the air circulation channel, for filtering lint from air flowing therethrough. Lint trap filter 22 is formed of filters 43 attached to openings of filter formation surface 40 which is expanded toward the downstream of an air flow in the air flow path and in a bag shape.
