Abstract
α4β7 INTEGRIN THIOETHER PEPTIDE ANTAGONISTS The invention relates to thioether monomer and dimer peptide molecules which inhibit binding of α4β7 to the mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule (MAdCAM) in vivo. [Figure 1]
