Abstract

The seal (6) includes a ring (4) that can be fixed in an axial position on the axle (1), so that one of the lateral surfaces of the ring abuts against the lateral surface of the bearing (3). The ring has a first sealing surface facing the seal, and in between this surface and the seal is an elastic ring (15) with a diameter chosen to generate an axial force acting against the seal.
