Abstract

A device for relieving pressure on the heel is placed around the lower leg of the patient and comprises an essentially rectangular panel (3) made from flexible material. The inner surface (1) of the panel lies against the skin as the panel adopts a U-shape around the leg. Preferably the flexible material is Superlon (TM).
