Abstract

The method involves using a holder (10) applied to a fixture component on its upper parts, which has a flange (14) that is pressed down against the tooth bone when the component and holder part are screwed into the upper surface of the tooth bone. The upper tooth bone layer (9) is pressed down with a specific clearance (c). The holder (10) is then replaced with a cover part which has an extending edge with an under surface which is pressed against the upper surface of the tooth bone in the same way as the holder flange.
