Abstract

The holder is provided with a device (31) for feed-out of gripper for notice arranged on a shaft (9). The holder is provided with a device for selective adjustment of the time period a notice is required to be located in a visible position. The holder is positioned with a light indicator which shows that the notice suspended in the grippers is newly inserted. The shaft is set in rotation by a motor or by a spring (27) on the expiry of the time-adjusted period for showing the notice, automatically rolling up the notice into a concealed position in the holder. A concealed notice (4) rolled onto the shaft can be unrolled from the holder by reversible drive of the motor.
