Abstract

The present invention concerns a method and a device for acknowledgement of reception of an information transmitted to an electronic price marking label (1). At each receiver (16) for wireless reception of an acknowledgement signal a specially interfaced device is connected to a common acknowledgement signal conductor (12) whereby onto this is applied a primary and a secondary pulse signal when the receiver (16) received an acknowledgement signal from an electronic price label (1). The secondary pulse signal is transmitted after a predetermined, and for each receiver unique, time delay and thereby constituting an identification of which wireless receiver received acknowledgement signal from an electronic price marking label, when the receiver puts out a primary acknowledgement pulse onto the common conductor (12) to the central computer system (10).
