Abstract

The table construction comprises a base frame (1) with a rectangular frame (2), supported by legs (3) to which parts of the table construction may be attached. This table construction may be pre-assembled and comprises a table top (49 attached to the front edge of the table stand by hinge (5). - A second hinge (6) connects the table stand to the table top (7) which has a bearing (8) for a pivot shaft (9) carrying a link (10) to the table stand to form a parallel link system with the table tops and base frame. A catch arm (13) pivots (12) to the link and with the catch (14) serves to lock the table construction at various angles.
