Abstract

The bowl (3) partly surrounding the towing ball has a track (13) which serves to hold it on the ball. At the other end of the adaptor (1) is a pin (4) which accommodates the towing ring. This pin has a lock ring which retains the towing ring against a stop (12) on the adaptor.
