Abstract

A cylindrical end-fitting 2 surrounded by an annular surface which is perpendicular to the axis A of the end-fitting is provided on the first tool part 1. The second tool part 6 has, for receiving the end-fitting 2 with clearance, a bore 7 surrounded by an annular frontal surface. The end-fitting 2 has a transverse bore 4 with a clamping dowel 5, which can move radially and is fitted at one end with a tapered stub 5b which interacts with a tapered hollow 18 on the second tool part 6. A locking screw 17 provided with a stub 17a is screwed radially into the second tool part 6 and engages in a hollow 5a at the other end of the dowel 5.
