Abstract
A hot water pipe system (9) feeds radiators, and works with a return flow system (10). A three-way valve (13) mixes return water with that coming from a heating source, and a cone (16) in it is so activated by a first component (17) monitoring temp. outside the building that, when the temp. drops, the hot water content through the valve is increased. The first component activates the regulating valve via a first lever system (31), and a second component (12) activates it via a further lever system (32), both lever systems being arranged adjacent to one another for activation by the cone of the three-way valve and one (24) for a second such valve (23). First and second spindles (25,22) for controlling the cone positions in the two valves are connected via a spring unit (26).
