Abstract

The present invention relates to a frame with insertion elements for flat, rectangular, disc-shaped elements, in particular for use on frames which are to be assembled with an inserted mirror in sun visors for motor vehicles. According to the invention, the insertion elements of the frame comprise an encircling edge section (2), protruding in the transverse direction, on the end surface of the frame (1), which surface defines the frame opening, two elongate flanges (4, 5) which are arranged in parallel on two opposite edge surfaces on the rear side of the frame (1), are made of resilient material, are directed to the end surface of the frame and are intended to cooperate with the protruding edge section in such a manner that they secure between them disc-shaped elements (3), and which flanges include parallel slots (8, 9) which lie opposite each other and between which there may be space for the respective disc-shaped element, and a connecting section (6, 7) which connects the end surface of the frame to the flanges (4, 5) so that the free longitudinal sides of the flanges directed to the end surface lie at a distance from the plane which contains that side of the protruding edge section which faces the flanges, which side is smaller than the width of the disc-shaped element (3) which is to be secured in the frame.
