Abstract

A jig is made comprising several outer ribs. Within these there is are longitudinal strips which form a skeleton for the proposed bull shape. Glass reinforced, gel coated sheets are precut to form planking and bottom sheets. These sheets are put in the skeleton with the gel coat surface directly against the strips. The sheets are temporarily fixed against the strips in the skeleton and are joined to each other along their longitudinal edges. They are then coated on the inside with one or more covering layers to the desired thickness.
