Abstract

The valve has two valve seats (34,54) in series, against which one or more plugs (51) work, the latter making contact with the upstream seat (34) first. The seats are connected to a pressure source for flushing. The upstream seat is pref. extensible axially. The plug is conical, with two annular seats.
