Abstract
A sample is put on a support plate. This is coated with a nonionic polymer which is able to adsorb any immunocomplex present in the sample. An indication of the quantity and the structure of the immunocomplex is given. The polymer is chosen from polyol, dextran and polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene glycol or mixt. of these. The indication treatment includes, washing the adsorbed polymer layer with a buffer soln. and the addn. of a component chosen from anti-human IgG, IgA, IgD, IgE, IgG4, IgM and mixts. of these, coupled with an enzyme. The level of immunocomplex is given by the change in colour. (Provisional Basid previously advised in week 8522)
