Abstract

A box blank for a parallelepiped shaped box comprising an outer part (T, H, F, G, E) with side flaps (V, X) designed to be fixed to the adjacent corresponding side panel (E,G) in the outer part, as well as to a socket inside the outer part (M, A, O, S, N, R) that has a protruding part (R, P, S, Q) outside of the upper restraining edges of the outer part (32, 58, 44, 31, 57). A parallelepiped lid (59) shall be able to be pushed into the protruding part, so that its outer surface is even with the above mentioned outer surface of the outer part and its inner parts lie against the outer surfaces of the protruding part. The socket part (M, A, O, S, N, R) has weakening lines (12, 13) on its front side (M) and its backside (A) over a connected bottom (C). The back side of the socket part (A) has a side flap (D) on the opposing sides (D) and respectively an oblong side field (B), which is joined with its backside (A) over the weakening lines (9,8), to which the flap (D) extends a bit under the corresponding part (G) of the outer part over the restraining edges (57).
