Abstract

A dolly for a double semi-trailer features a drawbar 50 with horizontal joint axles at 52 and towing eye at 54.Side supports 56 that can be swung in and out are swivel-mounted around a vertical axle 58 in a stow block 60. The stow block 60 is shiftably mounted on the drawbar's 50 side members.A locking device for each stow block 60 features two stop lugs 62, which are swivel-mounted on the drawbar 50 around each vertical axle 64. Each stop lug 62 features a lever projection 66. Both of these projections 66 are united by a hydraulic cylinder 68. With the hydraulic cylinder 68 the stop lugs 62 can be swung in and out of the path of the stow block 60.<IMAGE>
