Abstract

The seal is for a window comprising a frame (1) with one or more curtains. The frame has hinges for one or more superimposed frames (5,10), and at least two sealing surfaces (15,16) extending around its periphery. - The superimposed frames similarly have corresp. sealing surfaces (17,18) between which a seal (20) is fitted. When the window is closed, a separate air-filled, heat-insulating space (19) is formed between the base frame (1) and superimposed window frames (5,10).(1)
