Abstract
Uppfinningen ti1lh5r omridet vindkraftssystem. Den foreslagna uppblasbara, uppfyllbara eller kombinerat uppblisbara/upnfyllbara trattliknande anordningen koncentrerar vindkraften och 5kar vindens hastigtet, liksom andra kanda trattliknande anordningar morn tillampar Bernulis lag och Venturis verk. Till skillnad frin de andra kanda trattliknande anordningarna, corn ar utfirda i fasta material och darf5r relativt tunga och dyra, st5des den fireslagna anordningen av gas, vatska eller annat llsmaterial corn uppfyller rummet mellan de flexibla vaggarna (av luftskeppsvagg- eller ballong-typ), och kan flygas corn luftskepp och flyta corn bit. Denna skillnad kannetecknar patentkrav 1, samt; att anordningen has vara ett cod energi sjalvf5rs5rjande luftskepp, att anordningen liar barkraft nar den anvands ocksi som tickkonstruktion, luftpontonbro, lavinskyddssystem och vid olika slags fdrankringar av anordningen, att anordningen kan anvandas corn energikalla f5r bitar, som transportmedel mellan biten och oblekt pi land och corn livrad ,ingsluftskepp (-bit) i fall av katastrof p;en. Det tekniska problemet med att skapa rationell och ickekostsam teknologi f5r produktion, transport och byggnation av vindkraftssystem, 15ses genom ekapandet av en anordning mom kan byggas halt fardig I fabrik, med de mest rationella metoder, och sedan kan flygas mom luftskepp (ballong) eller flyta coin bit till vilken plats corn heist, halt oberoende av vagar. - Patentkravet fir anordningarna 14 och 18, som anvandes huvudsakligen f5r f5rankring av anordningen, kannetecknas as att de hr uppblisbara och kan vara lattare in luft och vid uppblisning spanner liner eller nit som omger dem och hiller fast dem vid marken, samt, att anordningarna kan vara solfingare och lavinskydd. Anordningen 18 kan ocksi vara en pipeline. 1.
