Abstract

The invention relates to a device that is intended for filtering water and comprises a filtering tank 1 and, connected to it, water inlet and outlet pipes 2,3, where the inlet pipe is connected to a water pump. The device also includes an air filling or replenishing container 4 that is incorporated in the water inlet pipe 2 between the water pump and the filtration tank 1. The device also comprises an organ 5,6 that discharges the water from the air filling container and fills it with air when the water pump has been made idle.
