Abstract

A device for heat recovery from solid fuels, consisting of a furnace (11) in a heat insulated (10) space, a means (20) of supplying combustion air and a flue (18) in which the heating surface (19) is located. A wall (14) separates the furnace space (11) into two separated chambers (12, 13), namely a fuel combustion chamber (12) and a flue gas combustion chamber (13), which joins the fuel combustion chamber (12) with a flue (18). Both chambers (12, 13) have a common air supply duct each with its own inlet (23, 24) from this duct.<IMAGE>
