Abstract

Rock drilling rig comprising a carrier (1) provided with a service platform (7). The platform is arranged on a service boom (6). The service boom is provided with a number of relative to each other movable boom sections (33-36). The service platform (7) is by means of a parallelogram mechanism (22) connected to the service boom (6). The service platform (7) is arranged to the side of the swing plane of the parallelogram mechanism (22) so that collision between the service platform and the service boom is avoided.

Fyrledsmekanismen 8 är svängbar i ett plan som är vinkelrätt mot längsriktningen 2 medelst hydraulcylindrar 19. En servicebom 6, försedd med en bakre ände 31 och en främre ände 32, är medelst en hydraulcylinder 20 svängbart anordnad vid länken 9. Bommarna 6 är höj- och sänkbara medelst hydraulcylindrar 21. Bommarna 6 innefattar ett antal relativt varandra teleskopiskt förskjutbara bomsektioner 33-36. Vid bommens 6 främre ände 32 är en serviceplattforrn 7 ansluten medelst en parallellogramrnekanism 22. Parallellogrammekanismen 22 innefattar två länkar 37 och 38 som är anslutna till servicebommens 6 främre ände 32 samt till ett fäste 39 anordnat på serviceplattformens 7 ena sida. Parallellogrammekanismen 22 manövreras medelst en hydraulcylinder 40. Med detta arrangemang erhålles fördelen med lång räckvidd såsom visat i fig 1 samtidigt som utrustningen blir kompakt vid transport såsom visat i fig 2. Ytterligare fördelar med utförandet enligt föreliggande uppfinning är att serviceplattfonnaina kan placeras bakom de främre domkraftema så att de inte är i vägen vid borrning. A service boom 6, provided with a rear end 31 and a front end 32, is by means of a hydraulic cylinder 20 pivotally arranged at the link 9. The booms 6 can be raised and lowered by means of hydraulic cylinders 21. The booms 6 comprise a number of relatively telescopically displaceable boom sections 33-36. At the front end 32 of the boom 6 a service platform 7 is connected by means of a parallelogram mechanism 22. The parallelogram mechanism 22 comprises two links 37 and 38 which are connected to the front end 32 of the service boom 6 and to a bracket 39 arranged on one side of the service platform 7. The parallelogram mechanism 22 is operated by means of a hydraulic cylinder 40. Because the pivot plane of the parallelogram mechanism 22 is arranged next to the service platform 7, the service platforms can be pivoted to the position shown in fi g 2 without colliding with the service boom 6. With this arrangement the advantage of long range 1 at the same time as the equipment becomes compact during transport as shown in fi g 2. Further advantages of the embodiment according to the present invention are that the service platforms can be placed behind the front jacks so that they are not in the way when drilling. In addition, the service platforms can be raised so that you reach the upper tunnel front and lowered so that it is possible to get there in low tunnels.
