Description
509 744 2 I Fig. 1 visas utgångsläget med stillastående medbringare och med en medbringare 2 i inmatningsläge för centrurnbitama 8, vilka matas tvärs transportkedjans 3 rörelseriktning, dvs. vinkelrätt mot papperets plan. Centrumbitama glider på bärorganet 5 fram till ett ej visat stopp (till vänster i Fig. 2). Monterad på en konsol 9 finns ett i matningsriktningen sett något nedåt lutande mothållsorgan 10, vilket på lämpligt sätt, antytt vid 11, är rörligt i vertikalrikt- ningen. I det i Fig. I visade utgångsläget vilar mothållsorganet 10 mot den i matningsrikt- ningen främsta virkesbitens övre kant. Vid medbringarens rörelse kommer satsen av virkes- bitar att pressa mothållsorganet 10 att röra sig uppåt, antingen mot dettas egenvikt eller mot en på detta påförd yttre kraft, vilket innebär att satsen virkesbitar bromsas, varvid den brom- sande kraften kan bestämmas med hjälp av mothållsorganet 10. Av mothållsorganet hindras virkesbitama 8 från att falla omkull både när det böjliga organet 3 och därmed medbringaren 2 accelereras i starten för att sedan retarderas när centrumbitarna 8 närmar sig skiktningsläget 12, där virkesbitama en och en, allteftersom medbringaren 2 för dem vidare, rutschar nedför stupplåten 6 och ned liggande på transportören 7 för vidarehantering. När den ”sista” virkes- biten skall avlämnas över stupplåten 6 befinner sig mothållsorganet 10 i sitt övre läge sarnti- digt som ett nytt paket centrurnbitar inmatas i skiktaren. När den sista virkesbiten avlämnats sänks mothållsorganet 10 ned och förloppet upprepas. When the “last” piece of wood is to be delivered over the plunger plate 6, the abutment member 10 in its upper position is located at the same time as a new package of center pieces is fed into the layer. When the last piece of wood has been delivered, the abutment means 10 is lowered and the process is repeated.
