Föreliggande uppfinning bygger på ovan beskrivna ergonomiska ryggplatta med korslagda bärselar, samt att höftbältena görs längre och bredare för att på dessa kunna hänga/montera erforderlig utrustning, vilket medför avsevärt bättre ergonomisk fördelning av bärarens utrustning. Bäraren använder en skjorta/jacka med åtkomliga fickor, se figur nr 5a och 5b, och ryggplatta med bärselar utanpå denna. Ryggplattan kan täcka en större yta av ryggen samt kroppens sidor, än vad som är nödvändigt för bärsystemets funktion. Denna större ryggplatta, kan förstärkas för maximalt skydd mot skott och kniv. Till föreliggande uppfinning knäpps vid behov (tex yttre tjänst) skyddsplatta, se figur 7, över bröstet fast utanpå bärselarna. Främre skyddsplatta skall vi kroppens sidor, överlappa ryggplattan för att ge maximalt skydd. För närvarande måste skyddsväst användas under skjortan, vilket gör att tex vid varmt väder, inre tjänst denna kanske inte tas på.
