Abstract

The present invention relates to a device at vehicle wheels for vehicles which are adapted to be driven in optional directions on an underlayer or ground. The wheels (3-6) of the vehicle (F) are provided in pairs of wheels (FP, BP) such that the axes of rotation (8) of the wheels (3-6), seen from the front in a direction (FF) towards the vehicle (F), are located in planes (P1) which intersect under the wheels (3-6). The wheels (3-6) of the vehicle (F) are also provided freely pivotable in forward and backward directions relative to a main driving direction (HF) of the vehicle (F). The wheels (3-6) of the vehicle (F) are further provided to be locked such that they do not pivot freely, namely in such positions that their axes of rotation (8), seen from the side in a direction (FS) towards the vehicle (F), are situated in planes (P3, P4) which intersect beneath or above the wheels (3-6).
