يتعلّق الاختراع الحالي بانخفاض في خرج الاتصال communication throughput، يمكن منع الزيادة في القمة إلى متوسط نسبة القدرة PAPR والمشاكل المشابهة من النشوء حتى عند استخدام قناة تحكم الرابط العلوي UL UL control channel التي تتكون من عدد رموز أصغر من صيغ قناة تحكم مادية لرابط علوي PUCCH PUCCH formatsالموجودة 1 إلى 5. يشتمل الطرف terminal (20) على: قطاع تحكم control section (401) الذي يحدد معلومات تحكم رابط علوي uplink control information لإرسال معلومات تحكم رابط علوي uplink control information بناءً على عدد رموز symbols قناة تحكم رابط علوي uplink control channel، من صيغة قناة تحكم رابط علوي uplink control channel format أولى التي تستخدم إزاحة حلقية cyclic shift تعتمد على معلومات تحكم الرابط العلوي، وصيغة قناة تحكم رابط علوي ثانية التي لا تستخدم إزاحة حلقية تعتمد على معلومات تحكم الرابط العلوي، وقطاع إرسال transmission section (402) الذي ينقل معلومات تحكم الرابط العلوي باستخدام صيغة قناة تحكم الرابط العلوي، حيث، عندما تكون صيغة قناة تحكم الرابط العلوي هي صيغة قناة تحكم الرابط العلوي الأولى،
