Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية لفصل مطاط طبيعي natural rubber مشتق من نباتات من نوع غير هيفيا، في صورة فتات صلب، من محاليل في نظام مذيب عضوي organic solvent system يحتوي عليها، حيث يمكن أن يتضمن نظام المذيب العضوي المذكور مذيب عضوي غير قطبي nonpolar organic solvent واحد على الأقل، أو خليط من مذيب عضوي غير قطبي واحد على الأقل ومذيب عضوي قطبي polar organic solvent واحد على الأقل، والإزالة المتزامنة لنظام المذيب العضوي المذكور من المطاط المذكور، حيث تتضمن العملية المذكورة إخضاع المحلول المذكور إلى مرحلة تشريط stripping stage بواسطة بخار الماء، في وجود نظام تشتيت dispersing system، فصل الفتات المذكور من المطاط الطبيعي من الطور السائل liquid phase، الذي تم الحصول عليه خلال مرحلة التشريط، وإخضاع الفتات المذكور إلى التجفيف. شكل 1
