Abstract

A process for producing a filter unit for liquid media having at least one ce-‎ramic filter membrane and at least one polymer-based holder in which the at ‎least one ceramic filter membrane is fixed, where the at least one ceramic ‎filter membrane is, in a step (a), arranged within a mould, in a step (b) the ‎mould is filled with a prepolymer until at least one side of the at least one ce-‎ramic filter membrane dips into the prepolymer in order to produce the holder; ‎and in a step (c) the prepolymer is cured and after a curing time the resulting ‎polymer-based holder together with the at least one filter membrane fixed ‎therein is taken out, is described. The process is in particular characterized in ‎that during the filling of the mould with the prepolymer, the at least one ce-‎ramic filter membrane has a temperature TK which is at least 5°C below the ‎temperature TP of the prepolymer at this point in time, or during the course of ‎step (b) or (c) such a temperature difference betw
