Claims (4)
1. Способ получения зрелого МР52 человека, предусматривающий стадии интродуцирования экспрессионного вектора предшественника МР52 человека и экспрессионного вектора процессирующего фермента в линии клеток млекопитающего, культивирования линии клеток, с получением зрелого МР52 человека, и отделения зрелого МР52 от культурального бульона.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанный процессирующий белок представляет собой фурин.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанный процессирующий фермент обладает полной аминокислотной последовательностью фурина.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанный процессирующий белок представляет собой секретируемый вариант фурина.
