1. A method of operating a low-flow well with an electric pump with a frequency-controlled drive, based on the periodic repetition of cycles, including starting the pump at an increasing frequency of the supply voltage and pumping fluid at a given frequency, and after reaching a predetermined pressure in the pipe string in the current cycle, reduce the supply frequency voltage until the pump is shut off and then maintained to ensure the flow of fluid from the formation to the maximum frequency at which the pump does not resume supply, and after reaching the specified pressure at the pump inlet during the inflow, the cycle is repeated, restoring the pump to its higher frequency, characterized in that in the phase of the inflow of the current cycle, the frequency of the supply voltage of the electric pump is modulated in the frequency range corresponding to process of inflow to the pump parameters during the interruption and resumption of supply. 2. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that during the inflow modulate the frequency of the supply voltage of the electric pump with a predetermined frequency in time and in a given range of deviations from the frequency when the pump stops flowing to the maximum frequency at which the pump does not resume the flow.
