Abstract

FIELD: members of surface laying-out of low-pulse initiating cords-waveguides of the NONEL type or percussion case primers applicable for laying out of firing circuits in mining and construction, particular, in confined and power available conditions. SUBSTANCE: laying-out unit is designed for combined location and attachment in common body of primer detonator with primary length of cord-waveguide and several secondary lengths of cord-waveguide to obtain their connection with standard quality not affected by the external conditions and proficiency of the operator. Laying-out unit has cylindrical body in form of sleeve with perforated bottom, whose upper part is made in form of blades separated by grooves having radial projections-catchers and retaining ring. Body has flange located at a distance of blade length from its upper part. Blades are made with section reducing in height. Retaining ring is made in form of sleeve with through recess of varying width in bottom and has flange on the side opposite to bottom with hole whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of sleeve hollow. EFFECT: higher efficiency.

Изобретение относится к элементам поверхностной разводки слабоимпульсных инициирующих шнуров-волноводов типа "Nonel" или ударных трубок и может быть использовано для монтажа взрывных сетей при проведении взрывных работ в горнорудной промышленности и строительстве, особенно в стесненных и энергонасыщенных условиях. Блок разводки предназначен для совместного размещения и закрепления в общем корпусе капсюля-детонатора с первичным отрезком и несколькими вторичными отрезками шнура-волновода и получения соединения стандартного качества, не меняющегося от внешних условий и не зависящего от квалификации взрывника. Блок разводки содержит цилиндрический корпус в виде стакана с перфорированным днищем, верхняя часть которого выполнена в виде разделенных пазами лепестков, снабженных радиальными выступами-захватами, и стопорное кольцо. Корпус снабжен фланцем, размещенным на расстоянии длины лепестка от его верхней части, лепестки выполнены с убывающим по высоте сечением, а стопорное кольцо выполнено в виде стакана со сквозным пазом переменной ширины в днище и со стороны, противоположной днищу, снабжено фланцем, диаметр отверстия которого меньше диаметра полости стакана.The invention relates to surface wiring elements of weak-pulse initiating cords-waveguides of the type "Nonel" or shock tubes and can be used for mounting blasting networks during blasting in the mining industry and construction, especially in cramped and energy-saturated conditions.
