Abstract

FIELD: moisture, oil, dust separators, hydraulic cyclones, may be used in metallurgy, electric metallurgy, chemical and electrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: separator has housing 1 with cover 2, tangential inlet branch pipe 3 and outlet branch pipe 4 axially aligned with housing 1, inlet chamber 5, central chamber 6 and outlet chamber 7, baffle 8 axially aligned with housing 1 and guiding member 9 attached to cover 2 and provided with curved channels and branch pipe 11 for removal of condensate and foreign inclusions. Outlet branch pipe 4 is positioned in end wall 12 of outlet chamber 7 and is formed as hollow channel. Major part of hollow channel is positioned within housing 1 in central chamber 6 and outlet chamber 7. Auxiliary guiding member 13 has rectangular blades 14 positioned at right angle to housing axis on outlet branch pipe 4 in gap between inlet opening 15 and outlet opening 16. Outlet chamber 7 has larger diameter than central chamber 6 and is provided with end wall 12 beveled at an acute angle with respect to housing axis. Baffle 8 is disposed at inlet opening 15 of outlet branch pipe 4 for directing flow to auxiliary guiding member 13 and is formed as hollow body of revolution made in the form of cylindrical shell, whose one end is joined to cone and other end is connected with return truncated cone. Baffle has separating member and disk. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, wider operational capabilities and improved quality of separated material.

Цель изобретения: создание такой конструкции сепаратора, которая бы характеризовалась простотой и могла бы быть использована в различных отраслях народного хозяйства, обеспечивая высокую степень сепарации. Сепаратор имеет корпус 1 с крышкой 2, тангенциальный входной 3 и соосный корпусу 1 выходной 4 патрубки, входную 5, центральную 6 и выходную 7 камеры, отбойник 8, установленный соосно корпусу 1 и прикрепленный к крышке 2 направляющий элемент 9 с криволинейными каналами и патрубком 11 для удаления конденсата и посторонних включений. Выходной патрубок 4 установлен в торцовой стенке 12 выходной камеры 7 и выполнен в виде полого канала, большей своей частью расположен внутри корпуса 1 в центральной 6 и выходной 7 камерах. Сепаратор снабжен дополнительным направляющим элементом 13, выполненным в виде прямоугольных лопастей 14, расположенных под прямым углом к оси корпуса 1, установленных на выходном патрубке 4 в промежутке между его входным 15 и выходным 16 отверстиями. Выходная камера 7 выполнена большего, чем центральная камера 6 диаметра, и имеет скошенную под острым углом к оси корпуса торцовую стенку 12. The purpose of the invention: the creation of such a design of the separator, which would be characterized by simplicity and could be used in various sectors of the economy, providing a high degree of separation. The separator has a housing 1 with a cover 2, a tangential inlet 3 and a coaxial casing 1 of the outlet 4 nozzles, an input 5, a central 6 and an outlet 7 of the chamber, a chipper 8 installed coaxially to the housing 1 and attached to the cover 2 of the guide element 9 with curved channels and a pipe 11 to remove condensate and foreign matter. The outlet pipe 4 is installed in the end wall 12 of the outlet chamber 7 and is made in the form of a hollow channel, most of which is located inside the housing 1 in the central 6 and outlet 7 chambers. The separator is equipped with an additional guide element 13, made in the form of rectangular blades 14, located at right angles to the axis of the housing 1, mounted on the outlet pipe 4 in the interval between its inlet 15 and outlet 16 holes. The output chamber 7 is made larger than the central chamber 6 of the diameter and has an end wall 12 chamfered at an acute angle to the axis of the housing. a rotation body containing a body in the form of a cylindrical shell, an end face mating with a cone, and an end face with a reverse truncated cone, a separating element and a disk.
