Abstract

FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for suppression of parasitic diffraction lobes in directivity pattern of array with use of multimode waveguide without dielectric filling and for improved matching of antenna. Slotted-guide array has hollow multimode rectangular waveguide with height not exceeding half of wave length fed from one input of linear slotted-guide array and exciting cophasal wave front in waveguide. Wide wall of waveguide includes periodic grating composed of slot radiators lateral to axis of waveguide which are positioned in nodal points of rectangular grid of coordinates. Rectangular metal clamps with height not exceeding half length of wave and width equal to half of length of wave are mounted in symmetry along wide wall of waveguide above radiators. EFFECT: suppression of parasitic diffraction lobes in directivity pattern of array.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к радиотехнике, в частности к волноводно-щелевым антенным решеткам. Цель: подавление паразитных дифракционных лепестков в диаграмме направленности антенной решетки при использовании многомодового волновода без диэлектрического заполнения и улучшение согласования антенны. Это достигается тем, что в волноводно-щелевой решетке, содержащей полый многомодовый прямоугольный волновод с высотой, не превышающей половины длины волны, запитываемый с одного входа линейной волноводно-щелевой решеткой, возбуждающей в волноводе синфазный фронт волны, с выполненной в широкой стенке волновода плоской периодической решеткой, состоящей из поперечных к оси волновода щелевых излучателей, расположенных в узлах прямоугольной сетки координат, по широкой стенке волновода над излучателями симметрично установлены прямоугольные металлические скобы с высотой, не превышающей половины длины волны, и шириной в половину длины волны.The invention relates to radio engineering, in particular to slotted waveguide antennas.
