Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying axial force to sleeve by subjecting working member to heating, with working member being made from material possessing shape memory effect. Method allows disassembling process to be used in difficult-for-access locations and does not require employment of additional equipment such as hydraulic press, electromagnets, ultrasonic converters etc. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method.

Claims (1)

Сущность изобретения : способ разборки соединения типа вал-втулка путем приложения осевых усилий к втулке, передаваемых рабочим органом. Усилия создают температурным воздействием на рабочий орган, который выполняют из материала, обладающего эффектом памяти формы. Технический результат: при небольших размерах и весе рабочего органа возможно использование способа в труднодоступных местах для разборки прочных соединений типа вал-втулка в полевых условиях, поскольку не требуется применение дополнительного оборудования типа гидравлического пресса, электромагнитов, ультразвукового преобразователя и др.The inventive method of disassembling a connection of the shaft-sleeve type by applying axial forces to the sleeve transmitted by the working body. The efforts are created by the temperature effect on the working body, which is made of a material having a shape memory effect.
