Abstract

FIELD: radio communication complex for radio and television communication in regions and limited zones. SUBSTANCE: complex allows provide radio telephone communication in duplex mode, digital or computer communication and reception / transmission of video information. System is based on "Regional structure scheme of location of telecommunication centers, repeaters, microtelecommunication centers and usage of electromagnetic spectrum of sub-bands allocated for television" as compulsory technical complex coordinated by Regional center for EMC and separate software of control computers. System has central stations and low rank (in areas), that are as a rule combined with TV-centers, and subscribers stations. Frequency bands between neighboring TV-channels are used for duplex multichannel communication and free at the moment TV-channels are used for video communication. New thing in the system is that antennas and connected with them following members: receivers, transmitters of central and area stations are operated in sectors, directions; modes and their operational processes are controlled by corresponding computers. Antenna systems of central stations, area stations and subscribers complexes are forming controlled narrow beam or several beams simultaneously used for reception (transmission) of TV programmes. Communication is arranged by all types of channels: satellite communication, long-distance cable-radio relay communication or local switch-board. Automatic transmission of signal "emergency" in organs of Home Affairs, guards, medicine etc is provided for. Subscriber's set is mounted both stationary and on movable means. Antenna of subscriber's block together with electronic modules is synthesized in single operational monoblock with deep integration of units and usage of adaptive-dynamic methods of operation to secure high level of service and automatization of processes for user. System allows to serve with modern communication of significant number of users over wide territory with different geographic and climate. EFFECT: system allows to serve significant number of users over wide territory with modern types of communication.

Предложен комплекс радио и телевизионной связи для применения в регионах, ограниченных зонах. Комплекс обладает возможностями радиотелефона по дуплексной схеме, цифровой или компьютерной связи, а также приема-передачи видеоинформации. В основе системы лежит Региональная структурная Схема размещения телецентров, ретрансляторов, микротелецентров и использования электромагнитного спектра поддиапазонов, отведенных для телевидения, как обязательный технический комплекс, согласованный Региональным Центром по ЭМС, и отдельным программным обеспечением заложенный в управляющие ЭВМ. Система состоит из центральной станции и низовых (районных), как правило совмещенных с телецентрами, и абонентских. Используются "стыки" телевизионных каналов для дуплексной многоканальной связи и "свободные" в данный момент ТЛВ-каналы для видеосвязи. Особенность системы состоит в том, что антенные устройства ЦС и РС и, связанные с ними последующие элементы: приемники, передатчики - работают по секторам, направлениям, режим и процесс работы управляется соответствующим ЭВМ. В ЦС, РС и в абонентских комплектах антенные системы формируют управляемый узкий луч или несколько лучей, одновременно используемых для приема (передачи) телевизионных программ. Связь возможна по всем каналам: спутниковая, междугородняя кабельно-радиорелейная или местная АТС. Предусмотрена автоматическая передача сигнала "Бедствие" в органы УВД, охраны, медицины и т.п. Абонентский комплект устанавливают как в стационаре, так и на подвижных средствах. Антенна абонентского блока совместно с электронными модулями синтезирована в единый функциональный моноблок с глубокой интеграцией элементов с использованием адаптивно-динамических принципов работы с целью обеспечения высокого уровня сервиса и автоматизации процессов для пользования. Система позволяет охватить современной связью значительное количество пользователей на обширной территории с различными географическими и климатическими условиями.A complex of radio and television communications is proposed for use in regions and limited areas. The system consists of a central station and grassroots (district), usually combined with television centers, and subscriber. The “joints” of television channels for duplex multi-channel communication and the currently available “free” TLV channels for video communication are used. The peculiarity of the system is that the antenna devices of the CS and RS and the following elements associated with them: receivers, transmitters - work in sectors, directions, the operation mode and process are controlled by the corresponding computer. In the DS, RS, and in subscriber sets, antenna systems form a controlled narrow beam or several beams simultaneously used for receiving (transmitting) television programs. Communication is possible on all channels: satellite, long-distance cable-radio relay or local telephone exchange. Automatic transmission of the "Calamity" signal to ATC, security, medicine, etc. is provided. The subscriber set is installed both in the hospital and on mobile vehicles. The antenna of the subscriber unit together with the electronic modules is synthesized into a single functional monoblock with deep integration of elements using adaptive-dynamic operating principles in order to provide a high level of service and automation of processes for use. The system allows you to cover modern communication with a significant number of users in a vast territory with different geographical and climatic conditions.
