Abstract

FIELD: methods of oil, oil products and gas condensate clearing from mercaptans, used in oil and gas processing industry and directly at oil and gas fields for deodorization of oil and gas condensate. SUBSTANCE: aim is to decrease costs, to improve process and its ecological characteristics due to decrease of nitric acid consumption, simplification of process and exclusion of wastes. To decaptanize oil, oil products and gas condensate oxidizing mixture is used. Mixture has nitric acid and organic substances forming salt with the acid in molar ratio as 1 : (0.5 - 2.0), that is introduced in oil, oil products or gas condensate taken in ratio of 0.05 - 1.0 mole of nitric acid per ! mole of mercaptan sulfur and process is carried out under temperature of 0-90 C. Amines, amides, esters and alcohols. Method allows to exercise deodorization of oil, oil products and gas condensate till required norms. Depending upon initial conditions of process degree of demercaptanization achieves value of 30 - 100 %. EFFECT: decreased costs, improved process and its ecological characteristics.

Claims (1)

30 - 100%.The invention relates to methods for purification of oil, oil products and gas condensate from mercaptans and can be used in the gas and oil refining industry and directly in the fields for deodorization of oil and gas condensate. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency, manufacturability and environmental friendliness of the process by reducing the consumption of nitric acid, simplifying the technology and eliminating waste. For demercaptanization of oil, oil products and gas condensate, an oxidizing mixture is used, consisting of nitric acid and organic substances that form salts with it, in a molar ratio of 1: (0.5 - 2.0), which is introduced into oil, oil products or gas condensate at the rate of 0 , 05 - 1.0 moles of nitric acid per 1 mol of mercaptan sulfur and the process is carried out at 0 - 90 ° C. Amines, amides, esters and alcohols are used as organic substances forming salts with nitric acid. The proposed method allows deodorization of oil, oil products and gas condensate to the required standards. Depending on the process conditions taken, the degree of demercaptanization is reached 30-100%.
