Abstract
FIELD: production apparatuses for air clearance from dust. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase effectiveness of air clearance of nonorganized spatial dust exhausts in places of finely dispersed materials dump and transportation by forming of volumetric local zone, that does not exceed width of conveyor with gradient of pressures directed inside the zone due to gas-drawing through air intake with flow speed exceeding critical speed according to dependancewith- ratio of specific densities of dust particles and air, g - gravity, rr- radius of dust particles, CC- their factor of dynamic resistance, RRradius of intaking gas pipeline, and due to arranging of stream currents laminary transferred from dump chute cavity in canal of air intake. In the case formed dust stream in lengthened canal of chute is caught together with part of loose material by stream currents and is directed in aerodynamic dustcatching module, after which it is separated again, densified and through dust settling bunker is fed back to conveyor and non-purified air after its intake from zone of spatial dust forming is directed as organized stream in closed canal of following dust clearance also based on aerodynamic dust catching modules. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of air clearance from dust.
