SUBSTANCE: product: new compound of the formula(Ia) where Q - one or two amino acid residues that can be substituted; R- carboxy-group that can be esterified, or acyl-group; A - alkylene group; B - hydrogen or alkyl which can be substituted, or acyl-group, or its salt; compound of the formula(I) where Rand R- are similar or different and each represents hydrogen or hydrocarbon residue that can be substituted; R, A and B have the same values as above; m and n = 0 or 1 at condition that both m and n = 0; R- carboxy-group that can be esterified, or acyl-group containing 7 carbon atoms, not less, or its salt. Compounds (Ia)and (I)show cathepsin L-inhibiting activity of bone resorption and can be useful as prophylaxis/therapeutic agent at osteoporosis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of proposed compounds.
