Abstract

FIELD: fire-fighting technology; may be used for fire fighting in open and closed reservoirs with inflammable and combustible liquids. SUBSTANCE: method consists in burning of solid-fuel composition and in supply of gas-and-aerosol mixture to burning surface in cooled state. Cooling is conducted in two stages. At first stage mixture is subjected to preliminary cooling to temperature below that of thermal decomposition of liquid. Second stage of cooling is integrated with supply of mixture to burning surface by letting mixture pass through layer of liquid present in reservoir from bottom upwards. Device to fight fire has generator 2 with chamber 3 for burning of solid-fuel composition and aids for preliminary cooling of gas and aerosol mixture manufactured in the form of vessels 6 with thermal locks 9 put in path of movement of flow of mixture. Generator 2 is joined to reservoir 1 by means of pipeline 7 which inlet to reservoir 1 is located in lower part of it and is provided with checker 11. which is made from elastic material hose. Elasticity of hose is such that under mode of waiting hose is flattened under action of pressure of liquid in reservoir and forms seal preventing penetration of liquid into generator. With switching on generator and formation of flow of gas-and-aerosol mixture hose straightens under action of pressure opening passage of mixture into reservoir. EFFECT: minimum consumption of mixture and prevention of spoilage of product stored in reservoir. 2 dwg

Claims (1)

Использование: противопожарная техника для тушения пожаров при помощи газоаэрозольной смеси в открытых и закрытых резервуарах с легковоспламеняющимися и горючими жидкостями. Способ заключается в сжигании твердотопливной композиции и подачи газоаэрозольной смеси к горящей поверхности в охлажденном состоянии. Охлаждение ведут в два этапа. На первом этапе смесь подвергают предварительному охлаждению до температуры ниже температуры термического разложения жидкости. Второй этап охлаждения совмещают с подачей смеси к горящей поверхности, пропуская смесь через слой жидкости, находящейся в резервуаре, снизу вверх. Устройство содержит генератор с камерой сгорания твердотопливной композиции и средствами предварительного охлаждения газоаэрозольной смеси, выполненными в виде, например, емкостей с тепловыми замками, размещенных на пути движения потока смеси. Генератор соединен с резервуаром трубопроводом, ввод которого в резервуар расположен в нижней части резервуара и снабжен насадкой. Насадка выполнена из рукава из эластичного материала. Упругость рукава такова, что в режиме ожидания рукав под воздействием давления жидкости в резервуаре находится в сплющенном состоянии и образует затвор, препятствующий проникновению жидкости в генератор. При включении генератора и образования потока газоаэрозольной смеси под действием давления рукав расправляется, открывая проход смеси в резервуар. Изобретение обеспечивает возможность тушения пожара как в закрытых, так и в открытых (без крыши) резервуарах при минимальном расходе смеси и исключает порчу хранящегося в резервуаре продукта.Usage: fire fighting equipment for extinguishing fires using a gas-aerosol mixture in open and closed tanks with flammable and combustible liquids. The generator is connected to the tank by a pipeline, the input of which into the tank is located in the lower part of the tank and is equipped with a nozzle. The nozzle is made of a sleeve of elastic material. The elasticity of the sleeve is such that in standby mode the sleeve under the influence of fluid pressure in the tank is in a flattened state and forms a shutter that prevents the penetration of fluid into the generator. When the generator is turned on and the gas-aerosol mixture flows under pressure, the sleeve straightens, opening the passage of the mixture into the tank. EFFECT: invention makes it possible to extinguish a fire both in closed and open (without roof) tanks with a minimum mixture flow rate and eliminates damage to the product stored in the tank.
